PPMS Direct — Property Maintenance

Privacy Policy

How PPMS Direct handles your personal data.

Who we are

PPMS Direct Property Maintenance (Company Registration 661475, VAT 3667025RH) provides property maintenance and emergency call-out services across all 26 counties of Ireland. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and app.

What we collect

Maintenance requests: your name, phone number, email, property address and Eircode, issue details, preferred call-out date, and any photos, videos or files you attach.

Business Login, Trade Portal and advertiser accounts: login email, company and contact details, and the properties, tenancies, rent records, requests and documents you add.

Contact form and Property Assistant: the messages you send us and the details needed to answer them.

Usage data: anonymous analytics (Google Analytics) about pages visited and device type, used to improve the site.

How we use it

To assess, schedule and carry out maintenance work, prepare quotes and job sheets, respond to enquiries, manage accounts, process advertising payments, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Legal basis

We process data to perform a contract or take steps at your request, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our service. Where consent is required (for example analytics cookies), you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with trusted service providers who help us run the platform (secure cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing by Stripe, and analytics), under appropriate data protection terms. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.

How long we keep it

Photos and videos attached to a request are deleted once the job is marked complete. Job records and invoices are kept as long as needed for service history and legal requirements. Account data is kept until you delete your account.

Security

Data is stored on secure servers with access controls. Files are kept in private storage and shared only through short-lived secure links.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and request a copy of your data. Account holders can delete their account from within their portal. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page. Last updated: October 2026.
