Vacant property management
Scheduled inspections, photographic condition reports, reporting of leaks, damp and storm damage, exterior and garden upkeep, and key arrangements where agreed and authorised.
Emergency property securing
Boarding damaged doors and windows, lock changes, urgent leak control and damage limitation after storms or break-ins, with photos of the damage and follow-up repairs. Call-outs start from €150 for attendance; timings are confirmed when we call, not guaranteed.
Asset preservation & maintenance
Preventative maintenance, routine inspections, repairs and exterior upkeep that help reduce the risk of deterioration, with completed work recorded.
Preparation for sale or letting
Clearance, cleaning, garden work, painting and minor repairs organised together, with before-and-after photos where requested.
Maintenance coordination
Describe the property and the work once. PPMS Direct calls you, prices the job for your approval, arranges it and keeps you updated until it's done.
